A complete remediation of existing exterior insulated finish system (EIFS).   This project required removing the stucco off entire home, repairing all damaged wood from water penetration, removing and replacing all wet insulation and molded drywall, properly flash all windows and doors, with all roofs throughout home being properly flashed as well.  Stucco was reinstalled with the proper drainage system and new windows and trim installed and painted.
