Brothers Nick & Joe Rabena had a dream of creating a full-service construction company that would be rooted in both the high levels of quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. The two set out in 1983 and created Rabena Brothers, Inc. As the company began to expand into development projects, they created The Malvern Development Group, basing it on the same values and principles that had made Rabena Brothers so successful. Today over 30 years later, their company values remain the same: they continue to pride themselves on always being accessible to their clients during all phases of construction, getting back promptly with answers to their clients' questions, dealing honestly, never cutting corners and always going above and beyond to ensure their clients' satisfaction.

 

Richard Maltese - Secretary

 

Rick Maltese brings 30 years of building experience to the company and his expertise is in scheduling, management, and construction. He spent 22 years in the positions of Project Manager for several large development companies in the Philadelphia area. Rick personally oversees each project from contract award to job completion, maintaining excellent customer satisfaction through his personal service and knowledgeable guidance.
