We built a custom 38,000 sq. ft. estate on about 8 acres of land. The home was designed by Fred Bissinger; we worked with him as well as interior designers/decorators, lighting designers, muralists, landscape designers and the homeowners on various aesthetic aspects of the estate. The home took over 5 years to complete to the first drawings to the final clean up and the clients were able to move in.

A complete remediation to existing exterior insulated finish system (EIFS). This involved removing the stucco off entire home, repairing all damaged wood from water penetration, removing and replacing all wet insulation and molded drywall. We had to remove and properly flash all windows and doors in the entire home, all roofs throughout home had to be properly flashed as well. Finally, stucco was reinstalled with the proper drainage system and there were new windows and trim installed and painted.

We worked with the homeowners for a basement renovation and outdoor walkway renovation on their home in Media, Pennsylvania. The basement has a full bar and eats in the area as well as a large exercise area, playroom for their children and a full bath. On the exterior, we removed the existing walkway, rear patio and driveway entry. We then installed custom cut multi-colored cobblestone in fan-shaped patterns with custom sandstone treads, risers and borders. The walkway was finished off with an ornate wrought iron rail.
